Autoclave 3 - 2.5m x 6m diameter; temperature up to 250° C; pressure up to 12 bar; integrated vacuum chamber. Total programmable control of temperature, vacuum and pressure with separate unit of data recording.

Numerically-controlled, 5-axis Belotti machine - Used to cut and finish composite series components. This is another step forward for RIBA in providing customer a full service that is efficient and always at a competitive price.

Cutting plotter for composite materials - Gerber Technology cutting plotter, with a working area of 1.7m x 2.8m, can be used to cut both dry and prepreg fabrics, and materials such as Honeycomb or Nomex. The machine is also fitted with separate apparatus and software for the digitalisation of cut-patterns and the preparation of compositions.

Metrology room 50m2 equipped with manual measuring systems and a 3D DEA MEASURING machine (3000mm x 1200mm x 1000mm of working stroke). A new FARO measuring arm is also available: this arm is equipped with a laser scanner to measure surfaces and geometry with high precision.

2 Virtek Laser Projectors to control the position of layers on the moulds: scale of projector up to 7.6m x 7.6m with an accuracy of +/-0.38mm and 40° angle of projection. CAD 3D integrated programming software.
